Spiced by Billus, Barangaroo
Spiced by Billus at Barangaroo is the Sydney CBD outpost of the ever popular Indian eatery, Billu’s restaurant, which is located out west at Harris Park. The restaurant serves up delicious and authentic Indian food in a contemporary and modern setting, right by the waterfront at the Streets of Barangaroo. We had the pleasure of visiting during a very busy night in the midst of Vivid Sydney to check out the menu.
Non- Vegetarian Platter – combination of chicken tikka, lamb cutlet and seekh kebabs
Pappadam
Chicken Tikka Masala Curry – chicken thigh fillet cooked in clay oven tossed with capsicum, diced onion, diced tomato, diced shallots and spices + Saag Ghost Curry – diced lamb cooked with baby spinach, fresh tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onions, spices, and a touch of cream
Garlic naan
Jeera pulao rice
