Fish Dining is a modern seafood restaurant located at Point Frederick in the Central Coast, just over an hours drive from Sydney. The restaurant is helmed by Cameron and Hayley Cansdell, the couple behind the popular Italian eatery, Bombini, which is located just twenty minutes away in Kincumber. Fish Dining is a bright venue with waterviews, focusing on fresh sustainable seafood and a vibrant menu inspired by global flavours.
