The restaurant is helmed by Cameron and Hayley Cansdell, the couple behind the popular Italian eatery, Bombini, which is located just twenty minutes away in Kincumber. Fish Dining is a bright venue with waterviews, focusing on fresh sustainable seafood and a vibrant menu inspired by global flavours.

Moreton Bay bug tail with mango, macadamia, holy basil & nam jim
Ceviche with citrus, avocado, pickled turnip, coriander, chilli
Fish curry of coconut, fresh turmeric, kaffir lime & lotus root
Grilled market seafood (barramundi) with sauce romesco, herb salad & lemon
Roast carrots with chamomile & honey, kale, pumpkin seeds, almond cream
House Fermented Chilli + Rice + Lime
Sponge & cream layer cake of the day (meringue, passionfruit, banana)
