Butcher and The Farmer is a Modern Australian restaurant located at the Tramsheds in Glebe, run by the group behind popular restaurants such as The Meat & Wine Co and many others. The restaurant recently launched a new menu with the winners of 2015 My Kitchen Rules, Will and Steve at the helm. Will and Steve have designed a menu focused on seasonality and fresh produce, resulting in vibrant dishes designed for sharing that showcase a wide variety of ingredients.

Kingfish – citrus miso, coconut cream, red grapes, pickled baby cucumber, micro coriander

Chorizito – corn, pretzel

12-Hour Wood Smoked Brisket – pickled cucumber, jalapeno cream

Crispy Skin Salmon – white bean and coriander puree, balsamic beets, fried bread, dill

Sweet Potato – thyme, truffle pecorino

Blackened Broccolini – sweet tahini, barley, almonds

Duck Breast – pumpkin hummus, pickled cauliflower with orange and star anise syrup, seeds

Rolled Porchetta – raw fennel salad, apple caramel

Early Grey and Chocolate – vanilla bean mascarpone

Butternut Squash, Maple and Sea Salt Tart – sour yoghurt, sweet dukkah

Artisan Cheese – by the slice, fruit and spice bread, quince
