Bombini Restaurant and Bar is a modern Italian restaurant located on the Central Coast near Avoca Beach, run by Hayley and Cameron Cansdell (2016 Electrolux Restaurateur of the Year). The restaurant, which is set on a 2 acre block of land and also includes an al fresco pizza bar, is only 1.5 hours drive north of Sydney. Bombini has a focus on non-GM food and sustainability, with much of the produce grown on the property.
