Fish Dining is a modern seafood restaurant located at Point Frederick in the Central Coast, just over an hours drive from Sydney. The restaurant is helmed by Cameron and Hayley Cansdell, the couple behind the popular Italian eatery, Bombini, which is located just twenty minutes away in Kincumber. Fish Dining is a bright venue with waterviews, focusing on fresh sustainable seafood and a vibrant menu inspired by global flavours.

Moreton Bay bug tail with mango, macadamia, holy basil & nam jim
Ceviche with citrus, avocado, pickled turnip, coriander, chilli
Fish curry of coconut, fresh turmeric, kaffir lime & lotus root
Grilled market seafood (barramundi) with sauce romesco, herb salad & lemon
Roast carrots with chamomile & honey, kale, pumpkin seeds, almond cream
House Fermented Chilli + Rice + Lime
Sponge & cream layer cake of the day (meringue, passionfruit, banana)
Strawberry sundae – house-made Turkish delight ice cream, meringue, macadamia & strawberries
