Butcher and The Farmer is a Modern Australian restaurant located at the Tramsheds in Glebe, run by the group behind popular restaurants such as The Meat & Wine Co and many others. The restaurant recently launched a new menu with the winners of 2015 My Kitchen Rules, Will and Steve at the helm. Will and Steve have designed a menu focused on seasonality and fresh produce, resulting in vibrant dishes designed for sharing that showcase a wide variety of ingredients.
