The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room, CBD
The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is a stalwart Sydney institution based in the CBD, serving up a wide array of food and drinks all year round. The venue is a favourite haunt for the after work crowd and is famous for its huge selection of oysters. The Morrison Bar and Oyster Room is also currently hosting its very popular annual crab carnival for the fifth consecutive year, featuring a menu full of various crab dishes until which we had the pleasure of trying out for our most recent visit.
Chilli Mud Crab – Coriander, Seans Hot Sauce + Iceberg Wedge Salad + Duck Fat Chips
Crab Ravioli – Curry Sauce, Salmon Roe, Chives
Crabby Long Legs – Salt & Pepper Alaskan King Crab Legs, Chilli & Coriander
Old Fashioned + The Manly Lady

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and
gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and
it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but
I had to tell someone!
