William Blue Dining, The Rocks
William Blue Dining is a student-run restaurant, located in the heart of The Rocks, just a stones throw away from the water. The restaurant occupies the former site of Neil Perry’s Rockpool restaurant and serves as a training site for students of the William Blue College of Hospitality who staff the restaurant whilst supervised by experienced industry experts. William Blue offers an upmarket dining experience with a three course a la carte menu, minus the usual fine dining bill.
House Bread and Pepe Saya Butter
Spanner crab and prawn remoulade, kohlrabi, mussels, samphire, shellfish and espuma
Sweetcorn and lemongrass soup, seared scallop, coriander, crispy onion, chilli
Herb gnocchi, oyster msuhroom, Tuscan cabbage, garden peas, mushroom cappuccino
Pan roast duck breast, leek & mushroom pithivier, parsnip fondant, silverbeet, lentils
Roasted winter vegetables, lemon zest, parsley
Dark chocolate delice, burnt white chocolate, marshmallow, peanut butter brittle, Turkish delight
Affogato with vanilla bean ice cream

After I originally commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment. Is there a means you are able to remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!
